What can I expect from a private session?
What can I expect from a Skype session?
If you don't live near Lexington, KY, we can Skype your Strength and Conditioning session with you! Every part of your Fix-It experience can be done via Skype, with ongoing email support between sessions.
Each Strength and Conditioning session includes an assessment, review of new exercises, and photos of the new exercises emailed to you. You will be expected to do the Strength and Conditioning exercises daily, either on your own or during our "open gym" times. Open gym means that you can come to Fix-It Shop during designated hours (TBA) and use our space to do your exercises. This, and ongoing email support between sessions is included in the cost of your session.
Will this work for me?
Most of our clients feel better and move better after their first session, and are diligent with their home exercise programs. Of course everyone will respond differently to our program. We do emphasize that YOUR daily exercises outside your coaching sessions/clinics is where the magic happens! We can teach you but only YOU can fix you!

Can I still do my regular workout/conditioning/classes while working with a Fix-It Coach?
How is this different from chiropractic/physical therapy?
Yes! This is not a fitness program, although you will feel and look better! You might find that your usual exercise program actually seems easier, less painful, or more effective after working with us. We can talk to you about modifications to your usual exercise program to be sure that everything is working together.
Our Fix-It system addresses the root cause of your pain, posture, and function, not necessarily the ailment itself. The exercises we give you will be done daily, in a progressive fashion, and our goal is to make you completely independent of our care.
